The Oven by Lyn started with a simple conviction: that the best meals happen when great ingredients meet genuine care, and the best gatherings happen when the space itself feels like an invitation.

Located on Huffman Mill Road in Burlington, we've built a place that works as hard as it looks good — an all-day café by morning, a relaxed bar by evening, and somewhere in between that exists entirely on its own terms.

Everything on our menu begins in our kitchen. The bread, the pastries, the sauces, the infusions — none of it is shortcut. And our cocktail program is built the same way: house-made syrups, fresh juices, and recipes that change with the seasons.
